Voter Registration - Deadline to register for the November 6, 2018 General Election is October 9, 2018.

Voters are encouraged to mail applications and/or completed ballots more than a week ahead of any deadline to ensure timely delivery by the postal service.
First day before the General Election on which official applications for civilian absentee ballots can be received is September 17, 2018.
Deadline to apply for civilian absentee ballot is October 30, 2018. Last day for County Board of Elections to receive voted civilian absentee ballots is November 2, 2018 by 5:00PM.
If you have a disability, or are at least 65 years of age and have been assigned to a polling place deemed inaccessible by the County Board of Elections, you can vote by alternative ballot. If you are qualified to vote by alternative ballot, you have the right to do so regardless of whether you are able to appear to vote at the polling place. Much like an absentee ballot, an alternative ballot is a paper ballot that can be delivered to the County Board of Elections in person, by an authorized representative, or through the U.S. mail.
